Dongshan coffee is locally grown Arabica coffee from Dongshan District in Tainan, one of Taiwan’s representative domestic coffee origins. The coffee trees are cultivated at around 500–800 meters above sea level with warm temperatures, significant day–night temperature differences, and semi‑shade, creating a distinctive “Taiwanese” terroir. Dongshan coffee is typically organically or sustainably farmed, handpicked when fully ripe, and carefully roasted by local farmers, resulting in an aromatic cup that is smooth, mellow, and pleasantly sweet with a lingering aftertaste
