Operating Modes
AUTO Pour-Over Mode:
Simply place your cup on the scale and press the timer button. The display counts down 3, 2, 1, then automatically starts timing and begins measurement. Once weight change is detected, the system begins recording weight while continuing to count time simultaneously. You can manually pause the timer function at any point.
ESP Espresso Mode:
The scale automatically resets to zero when you first place the portafilter basket. You can then remove the basket to load coffee grounds. If weight fluctuation remains within portafilter weight + 30g, the scale will not auto-reset. Once you lift the portafilter and the display shows negative values exceeding 10 seconds, the scale automatically resets and prepares for the next measurement.
NOR Manual Mode:
Both timer activation and weight reset require manual operation. Long-press the "Down" button—when you hear a single beep, the mode switch is complete.
